Simply put, attachment theory is a theory about the way we connect with other people, mainly our primary caregivers and in adult life - our romantic partners.
There are three types of dynamics across all cultures, all races, all backgrounds: anxious, avoidant and secure.
After diving deeper and learning more about how this applies to my own relationship I wanted to share some insights with you: who knows, it might help! :)
The book mentioned is:
"Attached: Are you Anxious, Avoidant or Secure? How the science of adult attachment can help you find – and keep – love" by Amir Levine and Rachel Heller
Loads of love to you, my fellow human being.
