Any unauthorized commercial use of Ruta Kackauskaite name, photograph, voice, image, likeness, signature, written or recorded material is strictly prohibited and is in direct violation of rights. Such violation is legally actionable and will result in legal damages sustained by Ruta Kackauskaite. Payment

All payments are payable upon booking/registration for a session or a course. By making a payment you are committing to attend the session/event and to make sure that the space is available for you to connect and participate without interruptions (reasonable interruptions are acceptable provided that they do not interrupt the session or other participants).

Cancellation is available with reasonable notice, which is for one to one sessions up to 24 hours prior to the session and for the courses at least 48 hours before the course start. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

Re-scheduling is possible where due to unforeseen circumstances it is not possible to attend as per original booking/registration.
